At Great Southern Gallery the artwork is continually being changed over.   We have just had some lovely new work from one of our Artists, Kaye Devlin.  Three lovely new pieces of original artworks.   One of a dragonfly, one of ducks and one of wildflowers.   All showing Kaye's individual style of painting.

We have original artworks from lots of different artists, each artist has a different unique style, so the result is of a quite diverse range of art.  Landscapes, animals, still lifes, in soft colours or vibrant colours and differents sizes.

So if you like art and what a new piece for your home, come and have a look at the art at Great Southern Gallery.

Original Artwork

Great Southern Gallery has a fantastic group of different artists that have their artwork displayed (and for sale) in the Gallery.   The original artwork is continually being changed over and there is always something new and exciting happening.   At any one time, we have a wide and diverse selection of different artworks in the Gallery, including landscapes, animals, abstracts, in different media (watercolour, acrylic, oil etc).

At the present moment we have some lovely artwork by Susana who does intricate work using straw.  Very time consuming, it is a beautiful art form.

We also have a lovely piece of work by Clive Stone, who does pyrography.

So something a bit unusual and different.

Come soon to Great Southern Gallery.

New Ceramists

We have new ceramic work in Great Southern Gallery.  Some absolutely gorgeous and really BIG breadcrock pots (woodfired, salt glazed) by well-known local potter Greg Crowe.  Plus some planter pots and useful bowls - also woodfired, salt glazed.

And some lovely little pate bowls, toothbrush holders, dip n chip plates by local ceramist Margaret Frew.  Margaret makes her pottery on the wheel by hand, then handpaints the artwork on.  Very useful, ideal as presents (or for yourself!).

Come and visit Great Southern Gallery soon and have a look at the beautiful pottery available.  Located in the Avon Valley on the road to York.
